Manufactured by HOKE, the GYROLOK® tube fittings have been used successfully since the 1960’s and are now available in many alloys including 316, 6MO (UNS S31254), Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, Duplex, Super Duplex and Titanium.
GYROLOK® tube fittings are unique having eliminated the problems associated with traditional tube fittings through clever design enhancements.
Prochem maintains a comprehensive range of Gyrolok twin ferrule compression fittings to suit from 1/16” (3.2mm) through to 2” (50mm) OD tube. These fittings are available in grade 316 stainless steel (certification available if required) and brass, with NPT or BSP threads where required. In addition, Gyrolok Metric tube fitting are stocked to suit metric tube. Other materials such as Monel, Incoloy, Inconel, Titanium and Hastelloy are available upon request. Other sizes and configurations can be discussed with the engineering department of our principal, Hoke Inc.
Gaugability
All Gyrolok tube fittings are gaugeable with the use of the Hoke Gyrogage. The Hoke Gyrogage is a safety enhancing assembly and inspection device designed for use by both the assembler and a post-assembly inspector to verify proper fitting installation.

Tube fitting users have long recognized that proper tube and tube fitting system function requires good tubing preparation followed by the use of correct installation procedures. Improper ferrule set in any flareless tube and fitting system may be the result of burrs created during the tube cutting process, improper tube insertion into the fitting, or inadequate tightening of the fitting nut.
